My trip to P.E.I !!

Levi's first Birthday!

Since I wrote a post on Anna’s first birthday, its only fair I do the same for Levi. August 26th, Levi’s First birthday! Although I haven’t been a big part of his life, I still got a chance to spend time with this amazing little boy! I see him every week at church so I did see him grow from a little baby to a 1 year old boy. From the few times I got to spend time with him I learned that he is the most easy going baby! You can just set him on the ground with toys and he’s content to play by himself. The only time he gets fussy is when he’s hungry, and boy can he eat! I know that when its bedtime, all he needs is his soother, blanket, music, and the occasional bum pat to fall asleep. Levi is just such a happy little boy! You can say “hi Levi” and he gives you this smile that just melts your heart! He is just such an adorable little boy with his blonde curls and blue eyes. I love spending time with him and his big brother Asher, They are both wonderful kids ! Happy first birthday Levi!(:

Anna's First Birthday!

Today is August 17th, Anna’s first birthday! I know I’m posting about her twice in 1 week but I’m just so excited. I can’t believe she is already one years old. I still remember when she was a newborn baby. This is actually a picture of Anna sleeping when she was about 10 weeks old. She loved sleeping in your arms, actually she wouldn’t have it any other way. I guess you can say she got a lot of attention so it became a habit of holding her. Except now that she’s older you feel like your arms are going to fall of from holding her while she sleeps for 1-2 hours!  I don’t have to hold her while she sleeps anymore but it makes it seem like she’s a baby again. It amazes me how much I know about this little girl who I‘ve known for almost her entire life. I know that when she sleeps you have to swaddle her in her blanket and bounce her to sleep(sometimes rock) I know that when she wakes up she can be cranky so you have to hold her till she’s fully awake. I know that if she’s teething or over tired she is very needy(but what baby isn’t) but luckily there’s a show called Blues Clues!(: I know that some of her favourite foods are cheerio’s, prunes, and toast with hummus. Her favourite toys right now is her dollhouse, blocks(you build the tower, she knocks it down)and her dolls. But she prefers holding onto you hand and walking, or trying to get to the green garbage can to open it and stick her hand in, or getting to the bookshelf and throwing all the books off and even trying to climb the stairs, even though she’s not aloud. I hear her starting to talk now too. She says words like cheese, doll, mom, dad, Jess, and more. I watched her grow from this little baby to a girl who talks and (almost) walks, and I even got to be there when Anna took her first steps. I just loved spending the past year with her, being apart of her life and watching her grow. I hope I get to continue watching her grow, many birthdays from now! Happy first birthday Anna!!! <3 <3 (:

Anna's first birthday gift!

Anna's birthday is coming up in 2 days so I decided to buy her a birthday present. I got her this cute little pink car that you can put up and it becomes a walker. I brought it over today a little nervous since i have not seen her in over 3 weeks but over all it went really well! she LOVED her present, but the best thing she did today was say my name! ( well she didn't quite get it but it was really close! (essica?, she just couldn't quite pronounce the "j" !) Chera, Anna, and I were just watching the video of her opening her present and Chera said "and there's Jessica", and that's when she said it!  it made me feel so happy! I'm glad to know that she does remember me even if i don't see her for weeks, it makes me feel like she loves me!(: Not only did she say my name but i got her to walk for me! more than once! She walked from the doorway to the basement into the kitchen all by herself! I just love that little girl and I can't believe she's already 1 years old!!!
